How to set the THEME of a Mysite.

1. Open the Mysite in SharePoint Designer.
   
2. On the top menu go to "Site" => "Administration" => "Administration Home"
   

   

3. Then you will be presented with the following screen:
   

   

   Then click on "Site Theme"
   

4. Chose the theme and click apply:
